the dance that has no dancer – the true face of our mind

With curiosity, some of us- me and my other 3-friends. wonder what type of mystic zen dance that has no dancer. So we went to see the zen dance performance

Yet eventually we realised that those on the stages are we ourselves.
We are the dancers of our life –the stage of life now are put on the stage.
Some of us felt our selves could not breath after watched at the scene, the scene vividly displayed nakedly as a mirror of our minds. Some of us in tears.

When we see the mirror of our mind, we realize and found the long lost “self”- true face of our minds and peace
Our deep thanks to the Anam Rinpoche, Brian Tee and dharma friends, the dance/artists performers and art team for presenting such creative, provocative and reflective gift of dharma to all sentient beings.

29 Dec 2002 was such unforgettable turning point of my life in 10 years ago.
29 Dec 2012, i managed to share and conveyed deep thanks to rinpoche who came here in such meaningful day. unexpectedly to a rinpoche that i have met the first time in my life.

May his dharmic activities will spread afar and benefits all sentient beings -border less.

Wish of year 2013: Let there be kindness, compassion and love on earth and let it begin with me. _/\_

There are 2 tragedies if life:
A person who has reached the top success in life, yet un realize that after the peak ,
Soon the time to go down is coming anytime, as there is no more higher can go anymore

A person who failed to the bottom of life, yet un realize that after there is another curve to climb up, as there is no more lower can go anymore

Life, is a curve of up and down, changing and not permanence
That’s how we shall make it as play ground to experiences of process
Not stuck in any of such condition, be the happiest or the saddest

If there is a new force of universe change in year 2013
The only real one come from within us.
The old soul die and let the new soul born.
No any soul can move forward when its minds and souls remains the same old pattern! a higher energy of universe can only be embraced by same level of human inner aspirations.

May us together transform into this new phase of life with
Love, compassion and joy!!

Goodbye year 2012!

Too many unexpected happenings in year 2012.
Alike the waves of ocean.
Yet, these had given tremendous experiences and lessons to learn

My best well wishes to those came to my life in this year 2012.

May whenever you are now, may your path are blessed with  wisdom, light, hope and joy.

So you will be able to reach to your destiny a day.

Eventually it is all about :
Love and Live with No Regret.

lightness of life

What a great blessings in life
The little we posses in life
The lighter our mind and hearts
Free from fears of loss and anxious of chasing desires/possessions.

yet, the heart filled with love is always with us
the loving hearts of human
it is unborn and cease

Be the past fade away

Many  times we will be in tears when facing mis treatment and accusations in life.

the pains of such hit deep into the hearts alike the needle stay inside.

we repeated the resentment thoughts and emotions. play again and again till its part of our mind stream and part of our life.

eventually, we cannot depart from this bitterness of life and contently in blaming

emotions and mind state.

yet,we indeed un realised that:

we make others fault <be right or wrongly> to punish ourselves

we make our life continuous  addicted to such feelings and bitterness, yet thinking that we are wining over others and claim justice .

the fact is: we shall not self punish as such just because our “ego” is too fragile.

the person we claim who had caused such pain in real had move away from our life and irrelevance to us anymore.

why we make  our precious  life relevance to those who infect  no more relevance to us?

may all be  clear away its internal mind blockage and past

the new  year will not able make any change in our life, if we are still grasp on such past which doesnot exist anymore!

True love is freedom

Sometimes people think that they love a person so dearly till cannot let go/attachment.
Yet in real, the attachment towards the feelings that they crave to is actually the one that they love so dearly
Not the person

The feelings of want to be love, to love, to be care , fears of being alone, fears of uncertainty, fears of unknown, fears of society conditioning and expectation

Fears base living lead us to chase for feelings of security

A truly love person has no space for fears.
The full of self content of love has no space for craving outward
Contentedness come from within
True selfless love is only able manifest from a self content soul.

vanishing of self

People in the world thinking the earth will vanish 21  Dec 2012.

We must be appreciate in this moment of life : we are still having breath, also able to realise ourselves.

The self that we hold on from life to life need to be vanish. not the universe.

turn all conditions into the positive thoughts

One of biggest lessons i have learned from my stormy 40 plus life is:
1. be grateful for those rumors mongers and gossiping mouths!
they make you known and also has chance to make right views and information to expose to the world! wonderful!

2. be happy when you know that someone make ill intended statement on you due to their jealousy. Because its means that you know that you are not worthwhile
Be a target of jealousy at least make you a bit worthy! great!

The moral behind this realization is:
– lets our minds not pollute by negativity and turn all conditions into the positive thoughts, you will be joy even in the midst of external chaos ness. be the chaos never able touch

storms of life

i recalled the storming life of mine is last 20 years. Now, i know its make me of today! what a wonderful storms. Now, the ship can go any where with joy!
